3 tips to safely enjoy our Wallflowers:
- To get started, twist right (clockwise) to uncap the refill and twist left (counter-clockwise) to attach it to the plug.
- Always keep your plug and fragrance refill upright. (Bonus: our rotating plug lets you use a vertical or horizontal outlet!).
- Because Wallflowers refills contain fragrance oils that may damage finished surfaces and some plastics, always keep a 12" clearance above your plug to prevent damage to surrounding surfaces.

Fantastica Summer in Sicily!
This fragrance is fantastic! I got the wallflower and I have the plug in with 3 settings. This fragrance is good on settings 1 and 2, haven’t tried 3 yet, but 2 works great.

Not a scent for me.
I do not love this product. When they say, Pink Citrus... they mean it, all I get is a strong grapefruit smell, I had to unplug it, as my warmer does not have adjusting settings on it. I am sure someone loves it, or likes it, and thats ok, for you, but not me. I wish I had someone to give it to, I can't donate it, I tossed the cap, huge mistake on my part. Maybe I will order another scent and use that cap to donate it with.

Customer Service
The scent is just lovely, the customer service I received in Park City was very disappointing. From the moment I entered the store I was accosted with sales associates (up to 4) for my entire visit. They continued to ask me stupid questions like, what is your favorite scent, what are you looking for, or giving me spray samples to test. At some point, just let people shop. I will ask a question if I have a question. They were annoying, did not read the room as I was clearly irrigated with their interactions, and wanted to just "swat the fly away!"
